TPN will give everyone the ability to set levels of interest for the people they love - or don't. Each time an event occurs, the people attending the event will be determined and optimized by the preferences of the host and the people going to the event.

Parties and Events cost money and we all need to pay our fair share or there simply won't be any parties nor events (hosts get tired of carrying all the liability and expenses on their shoulders). Sometimes a bar or club fits the bill and we have a separate service just to promote bars and clubs called TheUnderground.fun. That said, the average cost of going to a bar/club after door fees and drinks is around $85 per person (yes, that's backed by real-world statistics).

TPN events are typically BYOB and not driven by an 5x markup and high door fees. Thus, they are a fraction of the costs of a typical night on the town.

Most TPN events will be set to balance the number of guys and gals attending. TPN's exclusive invitation system will constantly optimize this balance creating the best events every single time.

More House Parties

Free parties are great, but hosts get tired of carrying all the liability and expenses of hosting so they simply STOP HOSTING. This means that we get fewer opportunities for fun. TPN helps by limiting liabilities and providing a mechanism for hosts to at least cover the base expenses of hosting.

Everyone has their reasons to go out on the town. It might be entertainment, recreation, or simply a way to get lit. Those ideas aside, most folks have an inner desire to meet someone special that fulfills their fantasies and personal interests. Since TPN is constantly optimizing attendance for YOUR INTERESTS, you are increasing the probability that you'll meet someone that matches your desires.

Want to maximize YOUR INTERESTS at any given event? Commit Early! The earlier you commit to an event, the more influence your interests have on WHO will attend that event. Commit late and your interests have low value in the Invitation Algorithm.

Warning: Committing early does have a consequence for those who constantly chase something better and cancel. Cancellations will not provide refunds (if applicable) and "Flakes" will be noted for their lack of reliability resulting in fewer invitations to events. In other words, commit when a party is good for you and do your best to honor your commitment.

Safety and Preferences

The Party Network is a MEMBERS ONLY, EXCLUSIVE NETWORK where every person completes a confidential application. From there, TPN will learn about your preferences and work to optimize your experience at every event.

Our application and ongoing processes will constantly be on the lookout for those few people that NOBODY wants at a party. Certainly, there are all types of parties from religious parties to those with drugs, alcohol, and various sexual behaviors. The Party Network doesn't really care what type of party it is as long as it's legal and our members feel safe.

We will not tolerate aggression, fighting, theft, destruction of property, illegal drugs, etc. (note that we are not the enforcement police, if there is a party that allows various behaviors, we won't be policing it). What we will do, however, is remove hosts and members who prove to violate laws risking TPN, other members, fight, show aggression or inappropriate behaviors.

The Result: Safe, Fun, Respectful Events with High Quality People and mimial legal risks.

Membership is Free

The Basic membership for The Party Network is free.

Events may or may not have fees according to a particular Event and the Host of that Event. If there is a fee, you will secure your spot as a guest once you have paid the fee.

There will also be paid memberships (none are available at this time), that will lower your costs to events and may give you preferential access to certain events. For those who love going out often and want the best events for less, you'll want a paid membership.

Application

The Party Network is a service for those who love to have fun, party, meet people, socialize, and respect others' rights. Much like "Meetup," "AirBnb" or other such technology services, we simply bring people together according to their interests. TPN is a service provided by "Your Personal Connection" (YPC) and we do not host any events!

As a network of people, TPN has specific requirements for membership that all members agree upon. This application covers the basics of those ideas.

Hosts

A host is a person or business entity that does host an event or party (called an event going forward). Hosts are separate legal entities from The Party Network.

Hosts define the specifics of any given Event such as location, hours, features, food, type of event, etc. TPN coordinates and manages that invitation and attendees according to the mutual preferences of the host and the prospective attendees.

Just as Facebook allows people of all interests to create events for very specific groups of people & friends. TPN does the same with a wider scope based upon the interests of the people rather than their friendship or group status.

Confidential Application

This Application is to here to make sure you are a good fit for The Party Network by agreeing to our basic guidelines such as no aggression, limitation of liability, etc.

At the same time, you will be asked certain questions that will ensure that you match with any given event. These are PREFERENCES and these have no bearing whatsoever on your membership. For these types of questions answer truthfully and honestly as you feel comfortable.

Where do you Live?

The Party Network will eventually be nationwide so we need this information to determine if you are near any given events or parties. Note that we are not asking your street address, just city, state, zip so we can determine logistics.

Cashless Policy / Tips

Super fun events and parties happen when the people who provide services at events are treated right. We want thankful guests who love to give to the band, the chef, or anyone providing great service a tip. They'll love you for it and we'll have better events!

The Party Network App will be released in early 2025 to provide cashless tipping features.

No Refunds / Chargebacks

If an event has a fee and you pay for that event, there are no refunds. Should you submit a chargeback to your credit card company at a later date, we will likely refund the fee and immediately terminate your membership indefinitely.

Keeping it Classy!

Nobody wants to have rumors and stories that can damage their reputation nor their business. Especially when they go out and have fun.

We want people who aren't looking to spread rumors and cause drama.

Keeping it Safe

We want a safe, fun environment for everyone. Aggression, violence, fighting, verbal abuse, theft, damage to property, and other such behaviours will not be tolerated.

Any violation of these safety items will be cause for permanent termination of your membership!

Liability Limitation

It's a litigious world that sometimes dissuades people from hosting parties or inviting others to their space.

When you are invited to an Event you are specifically excluding your right to sue the Host and/or the amazing folks that serve you.

The bottom line - don't sue people! It's not nice and that's not the people we want in The Party Network.

Food, Drugs & Alcohol (FDA)

All Hosts agree to abide by the laws of the United States and their local jurisdiction. A host violating these rules will be placed on immediate suspension to ensure compliance with the law and our guidelines.

It is important to note that alcohol and drug laws vary from state to state, but in general, there are no laws against consumption of alcohol and some other legal drugs. There are, however, laws against selling the same.

All members must abide by the laws of their jurisdiction and the policy of the Host at any given event.

Your Preferences

The Underground is for Adults 21+ for all types of lifestyles. Just as our members have varying interests in life, so do the Hosts. When a Host creates an event, they must indicate if their may be any of the listed features below. If those features do not match your preferences, you will not be invited to the party if your preferences don't match.

Think of the checkboxes below as giving your "permission" to be invited to a party that contains these features.

Note that all features listed below are completely legal and a matter of varying interests and nothing else.
